Return Policy

  • No refunds; exchange or store credit only
  • Must present original receipt
  • Must be made within 5 days of purchase
  • Items must be new and in original packaging
  • All clearance/sale items are final
  • Store credit will be generated in the form of a receipt stating the amount which must be surrendered upon redemption
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Store credit is valid within one year from issue date
  • No returns on media (books, CDs and DVDs)
  • No returns on tsampa
  • Zambala, Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of a product at any time for any reason

Online Orders

  • Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • Customer must contact us via email, fax, or phone to notify us of the return
  • Items must be new and in original packaging
  • All clearance/sale items are final

  • A replacement item will be shipped to the customer at our expense
  • If a replacement item is unavailable a refund will be issued
  • All international orders are final

Backorders

  • Backorders will be shipped once stock arrives
  • Customer is allowed to cancel backorders for a full refund

Special/On-Hold Orders

  • Special orders require a 50% down payment of the cost of the item
  • Special orders are not eligible for return
  • On-hold orders must be picked up within the agreed date

Antique Dzi Beads

  • Antique dzi beads have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee
  • May be returned at any time given the item is in original condition and has the original certificate of authenticity
  • Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price
